What I would identify as the learning objectives for an Instructional Skills Workshop for Distributed Learning
I recently interviewed for but didn’t get a job as an Instructor to teach other Instructors how to use and teach with Distributed Learning technology. The written component of the interview had only one question — Identify the learning objectives for an Instructional Skills Workshop for Distributed Learning.
The successful candidate is a wonderful person and no doubt will do an excellent job. Since I shared my “answer” from my job interview with her, I figured why not also post it? I couldn’t let all this good work go to waste… so here is my DACUM if I was to teach an ISW for DL…
