Time for Spring Cleaning!
I have a confession to make: My craft room/office is a disaster!
It’s completely out of control and it’s time to tackle it. It’s to the point where all the storage is now so full that I’m having to “store” things on the floor, which means I can’t even get into the room! And if I can’t get into the room, how will I be able to get to my laptop to blog?
While it’s not entirely Spring in the Yukon (it’s only really when Spring when one can comfortably bike to and from work without risking frostbite) I’m going to call this Spring Cleaning. This is also a big step for me; I’m finally investing money and time into me that really doesn’t benefit our household… unless you consider that Brad is tidier than me and probably thinks my room is an eyesore and would welcome a change! lol
Never before have I bought myself a real desk and definitely never invested in real sewing furniture (yes, this is a category of furniture). It’s all very exciting 
Of course, I’m on a budget so this won’t be any posh set-up, but it will be mine and that’s pretty cool to me!
I have a wish list of items, including a real sewing table and some kind of mini-office furniture, to set-up my tiny studio into a crafting and writing haven. My inspiration is the Studio Issue from Cloth Paper Scissors.
